Lived here for 2 years & we took care of the apt well. Before we moved in the carpet was worn out in several places but they refused to change or clean it.

When we moved out, they added all kinds of nonsense to the move out charges and ultimately we got almost nothing back from the deposit.

Cons: overpriced and parking SUCKS. rent mysteriously increases even when its falling everywhere else. just crawling with solicitors.
pros: they attend to work-orders/ problems immediately.

Overall recommendation: find smthg else. this looks good only from the outside.
