Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
These apartments are spacious but have some problems that are worth noting.

- All house equipments like dryer/washer, diswasher are very old and they make huge noise. You can even hear all your neghibors' as well

- Extra parking is very limited and finding a spot is a struggle at night time.

- Maintenance manager Val sucks big time.

- Management is indifferent once you move in and acts even worse when you move out.
