Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
Very noisy due to poor construction, very thin walls & floors.
VANDALISM !!! Management has sent notices about cars being broken into, and/or damaged. (as of March 2002)
Bad parking....hard to find a spot
Poor management. Unresponsive to what needs fixing, but very responsive about wasting time on other things so they can give the appearance of doing thier job.
Can find a much better apt at a better price.
