This place is a horrible place to live. Loud , Nosiy, no parking. The staff will say anything to get you to move in and I mean anything you want to hear. The noise from the fire station and construction is horrid, read the review below, it says it all. Plus the property management company will rob you blind, they are so money hungry! DON''T MOVE HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Issues much? Living here myself I can not imagine where your apartment sits on this property. Noise? Other than your normal living and neighbors out enjoying the pool and playground areas during the day. What noise? As far as the firestation next door, did you not see it when you were driving by it before you rented an apartment? Oh I forgot, the Parkside staff must have a cloaking device around it? As far as construction, how would Avalon at Parkside control the City of Sunnyvale approving construction near by? That will pass. It is called progress. When I leased my apartment, the staff was very honest and up front with me. You sound a little angry and bitter. Maybe you are just taking out on this place for no reason. Find the source of your problems and re-direct your anger. You do not have to slander someones business. Oh that's right, did you know that this is a business? What do you think that people go into business for? It is to make money. That does not make them crooks, just good business people. I have always been treated fairly, and my increases have been justified along with what other properties in the area are charging. I'm sure it is not cheap to run an apartment complex either. You can't pay enough for the type of customer service you receive from this staff. They are terrific.

Are you the apartment manager? Looks like it. It seems anyone who has something bad to say about this complex, you are out there putting them down and commenting on their issues. If you're so damn gald to be there...shut up and be quiet. I don't think reviewers like me who are surfing for ratings need your comments. Your comments on all the negative posts are more or less similar. Try changing them.
