Great apartment

I've lived at Parkside for almost 3 years and think it's one of the best apartments I've ever had.
* It's quiet. Yes, there's a fire station next door but they rarely use sirens during the night. Freeways, barking dogs, trains, and planes have been far worse to me.
* The trees are full grown and provide privacy.
* Management has always been friendly. Repairs have always been fast. Staff turn-over hasn't affected my service.
* Parking is not great but it's still better than other places. There's always been a spot in the far side of the parking lot, even late at night. Once in 3 years I had to park on the street
I really don't like how Avalon raises the rent every chance they get. But after looking around at other complexes, the rent at Parkside is being raised in-line with others. Hmmm... perhaps a tad higher given the age of the complex.
