1. Way overpriced
2. No street parking available; A total of 10 visitor parking spots (for more than 100 apartment units) that you should apply for at most 48 hours in advance that are valid only for one day! Forget your social life!
3. Absolutely not noise proof, so too restrictive and also too inconvinient
4. Management folks are very rude and have no courtesy
If you are a deaf and mute social recluse, this is the place for you!

I am a resident of Parkside and am very happy with the parking program. It is nice for a change to come home at night and have a place to park. Reidents who think it is ok to have lots of guests all of the time have no thought for the residents who actually pay rent here and want a place to park. You can go into the office anytime to request a visitor pass. It is just good planning to get a pass in advance so that they do not run out. There are more than 10 passes. The staff tries to accomidate their residents needs the best they can. I had a weekend visitor and they assigned a vacant apartments space to accomidate my needs. As far as noise proof? Your living in an apartment stupid. There will be some sort of noise to deal with. If you want silence, move to a mountain top. Then all you could complain about is the crickets. You chose the apartment that faces Wolfe, so place blame where it deserves to be placed. This community offers great maintenance response. And the office staff in not rude. They are very helpful and very happy to help you. Maybe you just have a bad attitude yourself that needs adjusting. You get what you give too people. Smile, and you will get a smile. Be kind, and you will receive kindness. You are not the only person that lives in this world, so step off your peddlestall and take a Zoloft.
