the staff is helpful but the parking sucks big time. you absolutely can't have guests at all since there is no parking inside. they did not inform about parking changes and i got my car towed. refused to pay for it.

it is very noisy. my apt faces wolfe. i can hear people walking upstairs. fire station scares the hell out of you in the middle of night. they raised the rent by $250 after lease expiration and add another $200 for month-to-month lease.

they are quick to attend to maintenance problems but my kitchen light kept going out every couple of weeks. very annoying.

Where were you when the residents went through a month of meetings with tha staff talking about the parking program rules and regulations. If you chose not to meet with the staff, then you deserved to be towed. The parking program is very clear, and structured quite well. From what I understand, every effort to meet with residents was made. Some chose not to show from what I here. That falls under the heading "Should have paid attention to the numerous letters placed on my door to get me into the office and find out what the new parking program is all about"!!!
