Very satisfied; been living here for a year. We have a good rapport with the management staff and have never had problems with them. Maintenance has been very timely as well. Of three vehicles none of ours have been broken into or tampered with. Parking IS an issue, however; you can expect to park in the west forty if you have more cars than assigned spots. This becomes a major pain if you have guests. Our apartment is the closest to the firehouse and the sirens are no worse than living on any other major street. In a year I think I've only been woken up maybe three times by fire engines in the middle of the night. If your windows are OPEN, however, you will get blasted, but the closed windows are amazingly soundbuffered. I've had the fewest problems of any complex at Parkside. The fire alarm/sprinkler system is also VERY functional (neighbors tripped the sprinkler in October) if you worry about such things, and that was the fastest response from the fire department ever!
