We have lived here for a year and a half and found it really nice. We rarely ever hear any outside noise which is probably helped by us being on the 3rd floor and at the back of the complex away from the road.
The walls are pretty thick, we never hear our two neighbours through them.

The maintenance staff is very quick and fixes the issues on the same day in most cases.
The parking on our side is the best, there is plenty of it.

The only complaint is that they charge for the automated payment of rent but that is better than forgetting to pay and getting an eviction warning and late rent fee.
