I hate the attitude of management

This is one apartment community where the management sux more than anything. They never fixed the crumbling balcony rails for 6 months claiming that their contractors were busy at other communities. The maintenance calls take an average of 1 week to fix any minor repairs(typically other apts fix them in a day or two). The weekend maintenance response is practically non-existent!!. Man o man, is that community manager Dyana Brown a complete ----- or what!!!. She had the airs of a person actually owning the apartment community, while she is a bloody employee a publicly listed extortion company like Avalon communities. I wouldn't even recommend this apt to my enemy. Stay far away from this community. Oh and forgot,they raise their rents by $150 to $200 after a year of dangling the carrot deal is over....

All it takes is a rent increase & all of a sudden the immediate management sux & maintenance to this ONE renter is neglected. Sounds like a whiner to me. Buy a house & quit complaining you embellishing,condescending,arrogant sissy.
