Generally this is a so-so apartment complex. The general complex upkeep is pretty regular and the grounds are kept clean. I would say that the quality of the staff, and the parking situation have deteriorated since I moved in here, and the rent has increased dramatically. For me the value of the apartment isn't quite worth the price.
