I don't know what the person below is talking about. I think she has the wrong complex and could'nt help myself but let you know. First, we have no mgrs. by those names. Second, we are not allowed to have pets. Third, no upgrades (not even a dishwasher). This place is old and I have had several things fall apart in my apt. Fourth, rent has gone up a couple of times in the past year. It is loud due to noise from train. I can't even sleep with my window open during the summer. Not a very pleasant complex.
