If you're going to live in the Bay Area, this is the place!

Years at this apartment: 1998 - 2003
 
I've lived at the Balboa for 5 years. It's a great place. It's clean and well cared for. I would still be living here if I weren't moving out of state.

We will miss Ann the most. It'll be hard to find a manager anywhere that cares as much as she does!
