I have lived in many different appartments over the years, however the Balboa is by far the best because of the excelent staff. The maintenance people listen to problems, and try not to inconvienence the tennants much. When something was broken they would fix it while I was at work so when I returned everything would be in perfect order. The manager is the best. She is very kind and helpfull and is like family. In addition she realy cares about the condition of the appartments and goes all out in decorating the grounds for some holidays. For Halloween she hung painted pumkins on the trees, put up plenty of lights and decorations, and even changed some of the grounds lights to orange. She did similar things for Christmas and the 4th of July. The staff, especialy the manager, make these appartments a great place to live.
