Clean, quiet, and Peaceful apt....great staff!

I really enjoyed living at Balboa Apts. The grounds are always kept neat and clean. The manager, Ann, is the sweetest lady in the world. She's very friendly and fair. She addresses any problem quickly and efficiently. If I need something fixed in the apt. I just call her in the morning, and when I return home in the evening, it's all taken care of. She's always in great spirits, especially around the holidays. I love all her holiday decorations! Everyone in the apt complex is very nice, friendly, and quiet.
