Just because your apartment seems safe doesn't mean that it is. Answer to 'WOW', the so called 'renovation' has begun to tear down the existing harmony.

Balboa apartment is a corner apartment lot abuts streets on both sides. There were trees and bushes as barriers along both side of greenbelts. Bushes near the building were not overgrown and all well kept about window height. Now some trees are gone and shrubs are chopped off from the ground, hence now NO PRIVACY at all for the downstair-units. Funny thing is, on the other side, this new 'renovation' does not trim the courtyard's shrubs and let them continue to grow mess.

The heartless management staff, from Spieker Compaines Inc., just simply invites the peeping-tom to easily approach the downstair-units and takes away the safty feeling from their tenants.

beware, when you take a shower, someone is watching you; remember to close your window and feel free to inhale carbon monoxide while you are sleeping...
