OK, in old good days, when Ann Preston was a manager and this appartment complex was privately owned, we had a security patrol driving around and everithing was fine.
After the complex was bought and Ann has gone the security partol was canceled (I believe to save some money, greedy guys). After that our parking lot was robbed twice. The new management answer was that they are not responsible for anything.
Very nice.
