I've been living at Balboa for the past 2yrs, and from my understanding, the management was crapy, neighbors did whatever they pleased, there was no orginzation. ALl these laters that i've read so far seems to be coming from one person only. The new management has changed it better. If people didn't like it here, they could simply move to another place, you know why they don't, because our maintenance issues are solved right away, we do get notes letting us know what is going on in our property. The color of the apartment looks more professional, and the greenery is still there, atleast i'm not afraid of walking at night and wondering if someone will jump me over. I've lived in couple of apartments, on the lease paper works it does say "we are not responsible for personal properties" i suppose people don't read that part. And to answer your questions regarding Ann getting fired, is their owner fired them, not the new management, why don't you go deal with the old owner. Ann was creepy, going through peoples trash, and not fixing any of the maintenance on time. WHO EVER KEEPS WRITING THE SAME THING OVER AND OVER AGAIN, PLEASE DO GET A LIFE, IF YOU REALLY DON'T LIKE LIVING AT BABLOA, "GET THE HELL OUT".
And let me ask you a question' what would've happen if you lived at your own house and someone came and stole your vehicle or damaged it' Who would yo go to and complain to'' That is what i thought... instead of wasting your life making "idiotic comments" move out and let someone rent the price the new management is looking for. AND AS FAR AS SOME OF THE PEOPLE THAT STILL LIVE HERE, THEY LOVE IT, THE BRINGS MORE OPENESS TO OUR AREA, AND THE NEW MANAGEMENT MADE SUCH GREAT IMPROVEMENTS THAT ANN OR THE PREVIOUS OWNERS DIDN'T WANT DO. I LOVE THIS PLACE, IF YOU WANT TO STAY AT A PLACE WHERE YOU FEEL THAT YOU FEEL GREAT AT, AND A GREAT PRICE FOR YOUR HOSPITALITY THAN CHOOSE BALBOA APARTMENTS.

Hello Again, I do some what understand your distress about not signing the one year lease, but at the same time, Ann or the assistant managers messed up your paper works, not the new management. The old management should honor your lease not the new management. I dont know why you feel so much resentment towards this new Management. They have been great towards what my needs are, and they can do things to the limit. Hopefully, you can open your eyes and just see the wonders in this wonderful apartment complex. The apartments are spacious, they pay for the all the utilities, they notify what ever is going on, theyre very prompt and professional with our needs. Simply living in the bay area, you wouldnt find something this spacious and 2ndly all the utilities paid for. My apartment is about 900 sqft, I dont anywhere you find something this nice, and such a quiet environment. Just coming home makes me forget my problems, the quietness is there, and only thing Ive to worry about is paying for my rent only. It is a nice and clean area, and I never worried about someone breaking into my apartment, or my privacy.

Excellent example of poorly hidden advertisement we have here. Compare to REAL people post and you'll see what I'm talking about. Another example of unfair management. Too bad.
