I just moved in the community of Balboa apartments about few months ago. Someone told me to go to this site and right about my opinions what i think of this place so far, well, after reading all critics, i kinda feel sorry for the new management. So far my stay here has been peacefull. I didn't have any problems with the management or anyone as far as i am concerened. I guess everyone has a right of their opinions. I like the way balboa community looks, it is more of my taste, and the price more than satisfactory. So far everyone has been helpful, and very complimentary to my needs, hopefully i can make this my long term home. I've lived many places and this is the best place...... :-)
