Agreed, coming home to an 8x11 notice once a week is a regular occurance. Car theft a major problem! Lazy management! Tried to kick my roommates and I out for a noise complaint, which we never received a notice for. We first received a notice stating that the management no longer wanted to rent to us, but that they weren't evicting or kicking us out, just wanted us to agree to leave apartment and terminate the lease. Just so happened this occured the day my grandmother past away...a lot of news for one day. We had 30 days to vacate the apt. I told the managers I would be getting a lawyer, they dropped the 30 day notice immediately. As if it was just a threat. Come to find out, it was our neighbors who had recieved the noise complaint, since no warning notice was given, it was hard to fight until our neighbors admitted it was them. They never receieved a notice to terminate lease, and were still leaving at the premises when our lease was up. When our lease was up, management did not want to renew, could have been a huge factor because of a simple misunderstanding, that nobody took blame for. Every morning, if you live on the end units, you get to hear cars starting in the morning under your apt.-douple spots under apt. parking spaces

SO YOU TALK CRAP AND WERE GONNA MOVE AT THE END OF YOU LEASE YET YOU TRIED TO RENEW AND THEY WOULDNT DUE TO A MISUNDERSTANDING? MUST NOT BE AS BAD AS YOU SAY IF YOU WANTED TO STAY THERE WHEN YOUR LEASE ENDED!!! CONTRADICTORY!
