Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
I lived in the apartment for two years and experienced the changes of management. The earlier management before 7/2004 was wonderful. The two managers from 7/2004 to 2005 was terrible. The manager since 2005 has been a very friendly lady. Every maintanance request was taken care of promptly. And when I moved out in 2006, she told me that the carpet would be replaced and I didn't even need to cleen it. All my deposit was returned. Hence the summary: good management.
Besides management, the apartment is one of the best in the area, in my opinion, in terms of grounds and neighbours. The price may not be a bargain anymore, that you can judge yourself. qmzu4EHcaGAPVCPw2Fai
