We have been living here since June and have been very satisfied with this complex. I'm not sure who was managing these apartments before but the current manager does a good job and responds to requests promptly. A couple of months ago we had a problem with the heat in our apartment. We notified the manager and within hours we had the motor of the heater replaced and enjoying heat within the apartment.

While the apartments may be slightly pricey, they are definitely large. For this size, most other complexes would be charging far more!

The location is also very good with access to most highways fairly quickly and El Camino is just down the street.
