I have been here for four years. I love the beautifully manicured grounds and the vaulted ceilings on my upper unit. Each unit has a patio, and the pool area is gorgeous with BBQ grills! The price is a little higher, but all utilities are included, and that justifies it.

I am on the street side, and the noise of the cars going by is almost unbareable. I had to get constant white noise at night.

The fire walls are thick, and I have almost NEVER been disturbed by neighbors.
Unfortunately, the upper units get OVEN HOT as there is no insulation. I got a portable A/C unit, and window fans, that REALLY helped.

The management is professional, resposive and kind. The neighborhood is questionable, so they have hired security to do rounds in the parking lots, and the complex.
