i read the review from k-raao and i have to say one thing, those comments not true, I have lived on this complex for over 10 years, this place has had some problems but they are always few and far between, and never the cuase of management or the owners. Most of the time people that visit just dont care since its not their place and they act as if they can do what then want.

I asked for my carpet to be shampoo'd and for a new refrig and oven, the managers told me they would ask their boss, which i can only assume is the owner, and within a couple days i had my carpets cleaned by Mario and after a week had a new refrig and they repaired my oven, appears the stove heating element wasnt working so they replaced it and everything works great now. I have to say, this kind of thing makes me so happy that i live here.

Like I said before, this place has its share of problems but they are nothing like k_raao said, the luandry rooms have brand new washers and driers and are kept up by a company called Coinmach, they are always clean and hardly have problems, tho they do jam up when you put your quarters in sometimes.

There aer new managers that started worknig here in December 2002, their great, you can ask them anything and they either answer it then or ask their boss and get back to you promptly, their new and still getting to know the place but I have seen so many changes that I have to say this is a great place to live.

If your looking for a place to live that has easy access to highways and is realatively close to the shopping district then Bali Hai is a complex you should look at.
