This is a project - stay away!!!

I lived there for a few months and it was really awful. Most tenants are living on welfare, lots of section 8 families which are rude, noisy and troublemaking.

There is serious crime problem, 2 units have been broken into and the manager?s storage has been robbed.

None of the tenants seem to work, some of them invite their shady and dirty looking friends and get drunk and make awful noise.

I was not able to sleep on the weekends cause the neighbors would do bbq, yell and play loud music, there were cops every other week cause of fights and domestic abuse cases.

The apartment complex is old and the landlord does not do any improvements. The back side walls leak and cause heavy mold/mildew infestation in winter. There is no central heating or A/C, there are very primitive gas heating units.

Bathrooms SUCK, bugs crawl out of sinks, you better put plugs in them when you go to sleep. Some units don't have under the sink storage. Closets are small, carpets are usually disgusting (I retrieved 4 lbs of solid MUD with the carpet shampooer when I moved in, I swear to God!)

Most of the screen doors suck, there are gaps that allow disgusting cockroaches to crawl in, beware!

Laundry rooms are filthy, worse than the ghetto hood laundromats, and people smoke marijuana in there -actually a lot of tenants are alcohol/drug abusers- and I have seen it myself. Laundry machines are almost falling apart.

They do not clean and maintain the pool well, they allow tenants to let their pets out and this causes disturbance.
There are also a bunch of unsupervised kids making noise all the time.

There is a rec room, however it?s locked most of the time and they rent it to random people on holidays like Halloween, which tenants cannot go in and they have to either go away somewhere or cope with the really loud music and noise.

The management is nonresponsive, it has been 2 months since I moved out and I still could not get my deposit back. They keep giving me ridiculous excuses everytime I call.

Rents were ridiculous too, I was paying 1300/mo for one bedroom and they started charging new tenants about 850/mo cause of the recession and they still charged the old tenants ridicuolus amounts. Plus more than half of the people are troublemaking welfare/section 8 losers who never work, sit at home and drink/do drugs all day and night, disturb all of the peace and pay a fraction of what you pay.

I would not recommend anyone to move there, even a trailer park is better than that slum! (There were some 30 empty units when I moved out!) aLKeoXpj3s4OSgrp1trb
