I'm surprised to read these horrible reviews, but what do you expect from people who can't spell right, for crying out loud.

Been here 2,5 years. Used to be pretty bad - bad management etc. Current managers seem to be a lot better. I'm shocked to read about roaches - we never had a single roach here. All you need is to clean better, then you won't have roaches.

The biggest problem at this complex is the neighbors. White trash, second class welfare people. Jobless losers. If you don't mind living next to such folk, this place may be quite all right for you. Also, there's lots of children - unruly, rude, loud children. There is probably some drug dealing going on, but not nearly as much as in some areas of San Jose, where I used to live. No one ever broke into our cars (at least, not yet), so it's pretty safe. Also, parking is not a problem if you have more than one car.

Dogs are not allowed here, but some tenants have them, and it's very annoying. The laundry room is pretty crappy too.

All in all, it's okay. Maybe I've just gotten used to it over the years, but it's not that bad a deal for the money.
