this building is much like a hotel. people in and out all night long. The people that live here are people that cannot get in anywhere else, low income, druggies, homeless, old folk... it is a federally funded building and housing for crazy people. i lived here for 6months and could not stand it any longer. although the building is modern and appealing, the people are what make this place...
