Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2001
Moved into an apartment that had 3 year old carpeting. On move-in day the maintenance person got oil from his shoes on the living room carpet. Before moving out I had repainted the entire apartment myself, & spent 14 hours cleaning (used Q-tips to clean frig) it to make it spotless. Made an appt with mgmnt for a walk thru upon move out and she didn't show up & was missing from the office. Even though I had detailed photos of the excellant condition of the apt upon move out they charged me over $400.00 for the carpeting They would not do anything for me my choice was to pay or go to court.
