Big mistake, too expensive, all fistures, paint, carpet, etc. was cheap ant there was always something wrong! The shower leaked profusely, the ceiling in the bathroom (where the people above had their shower) had completely rotted and caved in from a reoccuring leak, toilet wan't on right so when you sat it rocked side to side and there was awful mold on the ceiling in the bathroom from poor ventilation (not window). AND THIS IS ONLY THE BATHROOM!! You couldn't pay me to live here again! And not to mention when packages get delivered that are too big for the mail boxes and the managers sign for them, you'll never get them!! the managers are awful! Oh and definitely not a place to live if you like quiet sunday mornings because all the little kids play and scream right outside your window by 8:00am sat & sun.
