Great neighborhood, with views (creek and trees w/floor to ceiling windows) and well designed floor plans. They did a remodel of the place a few years back, and replaced most of the appliances and built a very nice fitness center. But there are some weird issues with the place, you need to sign an asbestos/lead waiver, painted over wallpaper, really cheap cabnets and counters.
Moving in for me was a nightmare. The place was not clean or painted. The apartment reeked and had a serious ant problem. I cleaned and fixed with a lot of lysol and ant spray. It had a lot of water leaking problems, athough the repair folks fixed problems right after they were reported.
So, it is a mixed experience. I like the apartment, because it has some really nice features, although they really haven't kept up the interiors of the place well.
