Bad management, bad utilities, bad construction

I lived here for two years and I can tell you that you probably want to look somewhere else. The management is two-faced, acting very polite in person, but obviously not caring in the least about their tenants. (The manager Anna is particularly bad.)
The heating is terrible, there's no A/C, cable goes out all the time, and there are all kinds of plumbing problems. One time our hot water was out for FOUR DAYS, and the management would not offer any compensation whatsoever.
The walls and ceilings are extremely thin -- don't live on the ground floor unless you like to hear squeaking boards 24/7. You'll hear everything that your neighbors do, including things you don't want to hear.
To be fair, the complex does have a decent location, and the maintainence staff is usually very responsive. The pool and hot tub are nice, except when they are frequently closed for repairs.
