It sucks !!!

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
I lived in this apartment for about 14 months and just moved out in late-2004. The apartments are ok (a bit dark but cool in summer) but the managers (mainly the guy who I think is the assitant to Ana) are very rude, incompetent and BAD !! They have no respect for other people's time. I set up an appointment with the manager to check out of my apartment, but when I came to the office all the way from work, the manager was not there at all and the door was closed. When I finally met him the next day, he was unapologetic and rude. Also, UPS left a box for me with the managers, but the manager never informed me. I waited for 2 weeks talking back and forth with the company which sent the box and UPS to finally realize that it was the manager who never bothered to tell me about it. There are countless other occasions which I do not like to list here.
