Pricey but convenient

My husband and I lived here for several years. The buildings are attractive and the complex is rather small and usually quiet. However, the occasional noisy neighbor could really ruin our day. The insulation and walls are thin and you can hear neighbors shutting cabinets and doors or turning on bathroom fans. No air conditioning made hanging out in the summer almost impossible. A shadier apt might have been more pleasant than our sunny one. The parking was a constant battle with some retired people storing up to 5 of their cars in all the closest spaces, leaving the workers who come home at the end of the day no place to store a second car of their own. To bring anything heavy in or out, you have to park in the red zone, because all the close visitor spots are always taken. The neighborhood is really lovely and safe with expensive, well-kept homes. The complex has easy access to Hwys 85, 101 and 280.
