I lived here for a little over a year and can sum up my experience with this. It was an extrememly standard apartment with old and faulty appliances and fixtures. During the time I lived there, I filed about 10 workorders for thier appliances breaking, only to have about 7 of these fixed. HOT in the summer, FREEZING in the winter. Not to mention the management's incompetence and rudeness. I was a great tenant, never made a peep with loud TV or music, always payed rent early, and got nothing in return. During the construction time (about 6 months this past year, before the rent went up), a worker's foot fell through my CEILING while I was on vacation (thank goodness for that! it was directly over my bed and happened in the morning). I came home after giving the manager permission to enter and fix what needed to be fixed, to find my bedroom belongings shoved to one side with debris, and a giant, unpainted seal over the whole (which never finished getting patched). Also, I had 3 solicitors come and harass me, and when I left a message with the manager every time, I received no apology or even a response. Two highlights I used to enjoy about the community, about 3-4 times a week were the hot tub and sauna (there is a men's and women's). After 4 months of living there and enjoying these amenities, all of them broke down, and when I went in to talk to the manager about it, I was given a "no, it's working", then a "someone will be coming into fix it", and eventually a "we have used the budget on these things to get better floors in the laundry room".

I honestly could go on, but I think the bottom line here, is don't move in, spend a little more money for someplace that you will love living in, not someplace that will add stress to your life.
