I lived there for a while, always paid my rent on time. All complexes where I lived before would always offer existing tenants 10% off compared to what they would charge new ones but not here. In this place the management has no loyalty to tenants whatsoever. Every time my contract was to be renewed they would jack the price up to the market value.
