Brookside Oaks

So, I decided I wanted to down size my living situation. I visited Brookside Oaks finding that the facility itself looks nice on the outside. I was not at all impressed with the inside. I was honestly surprised at how old the kitchen and the bathroom looked. Also, when I sat down and went over what the bottom line was I left scratching my head. If you have a dog you have to pay an extra $50/month rent for that dog. Also, you have to have a mandatory $100,000 rental insurance policy. What is up with that? I have never heard of this before. Also, you are responsible for payment of water and garbage. This seems to be a new trick these property cooperations are pulling on tenants these days and it ain't cheap especially when you tack it on top of everything else. Also, I get the feeling that this is a kind of a place that will continually raise the rent. The claim the raise it according to market value but common the market is so unfair these days for what you really get in the end. I reviewed what many of you have said about this property and have decided to definitely not to move forward with this property. I really find these reviews to be helpful.
