Make them write it down, they'll change prices on you. They will trick you. The first floor apartments have rats, and more rats, insects, there is no insalation. You'll have high utility bills. They don't pay for anything, they lie about it. Ask about the hidden charges, like insurance.

-----, the manager is RUDE, RUDE, RUDE. She lies over and over again. There are a lot of good deals out there, don't be fooled.

Ther is no SAFETY, watch out!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
They should compensate people for the construction work. Take them to small claims court for $7500. The law is on your side. You have time The washer/ dryer is going to cost you $80 a month. They will force you to get them. Add it to your monthly rent.

The Managers treat you like they are doing you a favor but WE are doing THEM a favor by renting from Brookside Oaks. They treat residents like Criminals, really. The Manager does lie... her names is Eric. Yes, RUDE staff for sure.... and they charge you for nearly everything and force you to pay for every little thing. DON't rent here. The inside of the apartments are so old. The only work on the outside to make it look good to fool you. and they NEVER fix anything properly. If you want to be treated fairly go rent from Promethius Communities. They are the best!!! They should pay us for all the construction we have to put up with. That is true...
