We live At Fremont Heritage long enought to know that they can change the managers but they still wont change the counter tops, stoves, sinks and just about everything else. If you like the old styles from the 70's this is the palce to go! I have looked into other units on the property as I was thinking to move into another unit but they were all the same stuck in a time worp! I looked at the three bedroom townhouse and it was also equiped with the old counters and old stove and they were asking $1700!!! It only had 1 Shower and another half bath consisting of a toliet and a sink. The prices are a little high. And dont even ask about changing or upgrading, you wont like the answer. We will be moving soon - and paying less for more somewhere else. Some of the my neighbors have had their cars broken into and stuff stollen from them. The landscape is nothing special. The laundryroom is shaby from top to bottom- no cleaning can help this area, it needs paint and new fixtures.

P.S. The awfull smell around the rear parking lot is the sewage backing up in the drain. The toilet paper sometimes comes out the drain and into the gutter. I have seen the old manager picking it up but the trouble is still there and the summer is almost here, I can hardly wait.
