I had lived in this apmt complex for almost 3 years. It was a nice community, with beautiful settings - things were going fine wen the economy was good.

The bad economy brought a slew of managment changes and more than 30 % of the apratments were empty. Maintainance went down to naught. Once my dishwasher was broken - and after numerous complains they took it out to repair it - and never got it back - even after over a month. When asked, the manager ( Mr. Tim Morello) said that the owner was under a huge debt and did not have enough money to spend on anything.

This is when I decided to move out.

However, its been more than 4 months now since I move out and they have still NOT given me my deposit back. I have contacted the manager numeorous times via voice mails AND have met him personally twice. He NEVER bothers to answer the phone/return the voice message.

Whenever I meet him personally, he sends me back with the "check is in the mail" routine - I have asked him for the owner?s number - and he claims that its against the office policy to give that out.

If anybody can give me pointers to how I can get my deposit back, I will really appreciate it.



I am considering reporting to the Better Business Bureau ..



I would like to request any of you considering moving into the apartment complex to reconsider your decision. Its poorly maintained - and the string of managers since 2 years have been very ordinary and sluggish - and more important - NEVER in the office.
