Opinion: Good complex
This is rebuttal to Horrible managers written on 3/27/2003. Please note that it is absolutely untrue that anyone, ever had a dishwasher removed and nothing was done. Apt. # 16 kept complaining, our handyman checked it, fixed it or found it running fine. They demanded a new dishwasher even though we got it working. We cannot afford to put in new appliances right now when the mortgage is barely being paid if the appliance is still working. But, #53 just got a new dishwasher because we couldn't fix it. We replaced a stove that caught on fire last week.

Yes, the manager is out of the office alot, making repairs or cleaning up around the complex. New gardeners have been hired who are doing a fabulous job. The manager has been provided cell phone and all the tenants given that number so he can be contacted even when he is out of the office or on his day's off.

We admit that he has been negligent in getting the Security Deposit depositions to the owner (and the proper steps have been taken to remedy that); therefore, some tenants have been extra money from their deposits when owner immediately refunded monies owed. Tim has been made mindful of the need to have the deposits returned within 21 days. That is our policy, always has been and always will be. We are sorry for any inconveniences or frustrations his lack of office work has caused. It is something we hope will NOT happen again in the future.

The repairs have been and always will be made in a timely manner. We don't replace functioning appliances right now, but we do make repairs as quickly as possible.
