Security deposit NOT returned ... got it at last :) NEW Manager is IN !!!!

I read the rebuttal. all is not true. I vacated the apartment in end of October. I have not yet got my security deposit back!!! 21 Days from when I wonder. I have been calling Tim Morello the manager at least twice a week. He never answers the phone. Nor does he give a call back. I really wonder if any one would live there after reading the comments. Although the complex is good some of the tenents are Cranky. I Had nails placed under my car tyres THrice I had the cops come in Twice. If you are weak at heart or NOT ready to play dirty I would Suggest You DO NOT STAY IN THAT COMPLEX. I will update the fouram if I get my security deposit back and if I get it back after how many days.
I got all the Advance Back on 2/15/04 ... Last I heard that The Manager Tim is no more with them and loos like Owner has taken control. Owner is very responsive and I am sure the experience would be better from now.... GOOD LUCK to them.
