I think the previous reviews must have been written before Prometheus bought this apartment complex. My townhouse has been tastefully remodeled and is very spacious. The grounds are always kept neat and the pool is heated to a very comfortable level. The complex is very quiet as there are mostly mature singles and families. There are no rowdy parties or other unpleasant noise. Paige, the current property manager, is very pleasant, professional, and accomodating. The price of this 3 bedroom townhouse was very good in comparison to nearby competitors. I would highly recommend this complex to prospective tenants.
