I have lived here for 8 years. The owner is out of control, towing rent paying tenant's cars everyday for not having a yellow tag hanging on the rear view mirrior. It has cast rent paying tenants hard earned money for no reason. There is no parking problem here and the owner is taking advantage of us. The place is closing down and being converted. The Managers are excellent and I would move to where ever they are going. We the tenants are filing several complaints against the owner. I feel anybody would be out of their mind buying one of these places from this heartless person. One way or another you will get taken if you purchase one of these places. One other note: I don't know the extent of the remodel' The places are old and falling apart, if they don't bulldoze the place and start from the ground up you are getting a dump. Look somewhere else, stay frar away from this property, they will get you one way or another. You will be able to find a detailed version of the complaint on the BBB website soon.
