My review:

We have been here almost 6 months. I love it here!

Rent has gone up a LOT since we got here but I guess that's just the way the market is...and we got lucky.

While not many people speak English here (mostly Israeli) everyone seems to mind their own business and is very respectful. There are a million kids here and sometimes it can be annoying, but I'm happy that
it is a safe neighborhood. Halloween was fun, seeing all the children in their costumes - but we ran out of candy!

There is one assigned covered parking stall per apt, and ample unassigned parking. Nice big storage closets in our garage/parking
stall too! But if you get home after 7pm, the unassigned stalls are all filled and you'll have to hunt for street parking. Good luck!

The inside of our apt is GREAT. It is pretty quiet, I rarely hear anything from our neighbors, and the rooms are LARGE. Each bedroom has HUGE closet space! Also a nice big walk-in hallway closet, good size
dining room which is separate from the living room (I like that the kitchen is in the middle). I love the dishwasher too.

We have a HUGE 200 sq ft balcony! =) It is about 8' deep and 25' wide. Both the living room and the 2nd bedroom have entrances to the balcony.

I Like the management here. They are very nice and responsive and seem to take a lot of pride in this property & their sister property Daisy Ridge. The current mgr is Rob and he is a very cool guy. Even though
it's a pretty large complex, the rules are pretty laid back and not uptight at all. The mgmt doesn't bug us, ever.

There is a nice big clean pool & jacuzzi. Also there is a small (decent) work out room. The grounds are beautiful - lots of green grass, pretty trees, and well maintained grounds.

My only wish was that we had a washer/dryer in the unit (DOESN'T EVERYONE'). There are only 2 laundry facilities in the whole 167-unit complex! (about 7 washers & 7 dryers in each facility) and it is totally crowded on the weekends. So we do our laundry at odd hours to avoid the rush. The good thing is that the laundry rooms are well-kept
most of the time.

They are very cool when it comes to pets. I see people have cats and other small caged animals, but I haven't seen any dogs.

The location is great - near the 280 & 85. We are close to Safeway, Blockbuster, the post office, Serra Park, many other shops and
restaurants within walking distance.

I got totally lucky in finding this place (I went knocking door to door on every apartment complex in Silicon Valley, I think!) and I would recommend it to Anyone that I care about. I plan on staying here as
long as I can!!!

If you're looking for a nice safe place to live w/ nice families and professional neighbors, you should definitely check out Casa Alberta!!!

Cable modem just became available.
It's an older apt w/ slightly chipped paint on the cabinets but clean enough & function ok.
