Basically, it is a very old property that is not well maintained. Many of the appliances and fixtures are too old and should be replaced before being rented but the mgt is too cheap to do so (old dirty stoves, sinks, bathroom tub/door/shower, windows, doors, carpets, broken AC, etc.).

Landsaping is poor and shopping carts, kids' toys, and biks are everywhere on the property, giving the aparment community "trashy" look and feel. Kids run around very loud. I suspect some residents run illegal day-care service because every week day they have a group of kids run aroud wild in the afternoon. This became unberable, as I lived on the first floor without any patio. Without the patio, my bdrm and lving room windows were completely exposed so not only the noise was a serious issue, so was lack of privacy and safety.

It is relatively cheap for the area but you get what you pay for. Oh, forget about doing laudnry on weekends and parking!
