Ideal property for families, but also good for singles. I lived in a one bedroom, and a two bedroom at this property. I was leary at first about the size of the one bedroom, but after moving in I was quite happy with the space. There are many large closets for storage, and the apartment had a/c. When I transferred to the two bedroom, it was great. Huge balcony, many closets again, and very quiet and peaceful. Parking can be a bit tricky on the weekends, but I have no real complaints other than that.
