Was worht it during the boom...but not now

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2004
 
This place is extremely noisy with parents of kids having no regard for neighbours. There was a car break in here. Security can be non-existant at times. The area is not well-lit. The place is also run down with poor construction and is ready to fall apart. Walls are extremely thin. This place is terrible.
