I agree that the 1-bedrooms are hell, and the insulation (or lack there of) is horrible in the winter months. But it was all we could afford at the time. The place looks good on the outside, but there have been MANY car break-in's lately. One reason why we moved to another place (other than we needed a BIGGER place). Management has always been friendly. But parking is an issue sometimes, since the typical family has 2 cars. It was a prime location in Sunnyvale at the time, but got old very quick.
