Apartments in this complex are very old. I lived here for a year from mid 2004 to mid-2005 in a 2 bedroom apt. Here are some issues encountered:
Noise - Never make the mistake of renting a townhouse. You can hear your neighbors speak, you can also hear their TV very easily and if they blast it, you won't be able to listen to your own TV. Bathroom and toilet flush noises were really loud. If you live in a 1-2 bedroom downstairs unit, you can hear your neighbor on the top unit walk. The floor that they walk on creaks and you will hear loud pounding noises as they walk. This place is terrible. Management did nothing about noisy neighbors. Repeated complaints were ignored. They view you as a trouble-maker if you complain.

Car Park - Parking was always a problem for the second car. There were also two incidents of car vandalism sometime in 2004 and 2005. Management did nothing to improve security.

Safety - Shady people from the neighboring complex walk in the apartment complex. This place is not safe for children.

Management - Management's attitude to issues was terrible.If you're not happy, they either harass you (by ignoring your complaints) and get you to move out or simply ask you to move.
