I heard that the mobile home trailer park next to the apartment complex is scheduled to be torn down starting January and new construction is about to commence out there. This is going to be very noisy and generate a lot of nuisance. A low-income housing complex was also built next to casa alberta over the last 1-2 years and it was extremely noisy during that period. Quality of tenants has dropped over the years.People smoke outside their doors with utter disregard to the families and kids who live in upstairs units who have to suffer because of the smoke. Parking is a mess lately. Even street parking is full these days. The apartment managers suck! They don't address any complaints and let residents fight with each other. Cars have been vandalized time and again.
